Dear Valued Partner,
We would like to inform you about the upcoming scheduled maintenance of the Identity Digital Production environment as set forth below. There will be no registrar-impacting changes as part of this release. The updates contained in this release are part of the ongoing enhancement of the registry.
Scheduled Maintenance
Please note all times provided are in coordinated universal time (UTC): Environment: Production Date: Tuesday, 23rd July, 2024 Maintenance Window: 15:00 - 17:00 UTC Expected Duration: 120 minutes Maintenance will only affect our Production environment and is anticipated to take up to 120 minutes. EPP, Registrar Portal, WHOIS, and RDAP services will be unavailable during this time. DNS services will remain fully operational.
Notification emails will be sent at the beginning of the maintenance period in our Production environment. An email will be sent to notify all Registrar partners if there are any significant delays to the scheduled maintenance. These notifications will be addressed to the Admin and Tech notification contacts created on your Production account.
